To register click on the "register" link found on both the header and footer navigation sections. You must be over 16 years of age to register for an account with bids 24/7 to abide by standard laws. We welcome people from all countries. You must first login to your account and then when you view a live auction you will see a bidding box which will allow you to enter your maximum amount that your willing to bid. Yes we do. Simply enter the maximum amount that your willing to pay for an item and then our system will automatically bid for you upto your maximum bid. Yes, You can keep an eye on all your auctions by logging into your account and selecting the bidding area. Our system will let you know immediately if you have been outbid for any item. You can then login to your account to increase your bid if required. Our system will advise you via email if you have won any item and you can also log into your account to view them. Now that you've won an auction, you have to pay the seller the winning bid plus postage and any other charges as stated in the auction advert. If you are unsure of the total amount then you should contact the seller to ask them. The payment methods would have been specified by the seller in the auction advert. You should choose one of them and pay the seller the full amount. If you are unsure of this then you can contact the seller directly using the ask the seller a question link on the auction page. You can click on the seller link within your account to track all the items your selling. You can use HTML but we only recommend using basic tags as using complex HTML might cause it not to display correctly. Selling with Bids 24/7 is very easy. All you need to do is register as a user and confirm your email address by clicking on the link in the automated email that will get sent to you. Then you just login to your account and click on the sell button and follow all the steps shown. Selling on Bids 24/7 is free of charge although you can add optional extras if you require it. Please check out the site fees link for more information. If an item you have listed doesn't sell then it will be listed under the closed auctions section of the members area. If you want to relist the item for sale then you can by simply ticking the relist box and then clicking on make changes. If you need to make any changes to your listing though you will need to click on relist similar and then edit it before submitting. To create a shop you need to login to your account and on the left hand side click on subscription setup under the heading my store. Once in there you need to click on the enable button and select the package that you require. Leaving feedback is a way of telling others what your experience was like dealing with the buyer/seller. It helps others know if the buyer/seller is trustworthy, reliable and honest. Remember that the buyer/seller can also leave you feedback. You can login to your account and click on the feedback section to view all feedback that has been left for you. Click the forgot your password link under the login box and our system will send your password to your registered email address. You can change your password and any other details by logging into your account and clicking on personal information under the my account section of the menu on the left hand side. The About Me page is a page that is viewable via a link from all your auctions which tells other people a little bit about yourself or your company. We cannot offer any protection against auctions but if the payment was made via a credit card or paypal then there might be some protection available from them but you will have to contact them to check this. |
